Revised Schedule for NJRSF, March 25, 2007

After being postponed from March 17, the NJRSF for 2007 will now be held as a one-day event on Sunday, March 25. Due to other schedule constraints at the new venue, the schedule will be considerably compressed, as follows:

8-9 a.m. Students Arrive for registration
9-9:30 Completion of safety check and SRC review
9:30-noon Category Judging
lunch break noon-1:00 p.m. (Food service will be available.)
1-4:30 p.m. Special Awards Judging
- We will try to hold a finalist symposium, with private presentations to the judges only, during the 1-4:30 p.m. judging period. This will depend on how events progress during the day. Students are advised to bring any computer files needed for their presentations on portable drives, as previously instructed. If this plan is implemented, then finalists will be taken out of the special awards judging one at a time to make their presentations. They will thus remain eligible for all special awards.
2:30-4:30 Exhibits open to public
4:30-5:00 Exhibit takedown ALL PROJECTS MUST BE REMOVED BY 5:00!
5:30-7:00 Awards Ceremony
