| 8:30-9:00 a.m. | Judges briefing (judging room). Students arrive at projects, for judging at 9 a.m. The exhibit area is in the College Avenue Gym (the main gym). The judges room is next door in the Student Center--follow the signs. | |
| 9:00 a.m. to noon | Judging interviews, Students at projects. Judging for special awards, ISEF Team Awards, and symposium finalists. Advisors and parents not allowed in the exhibit area. | |
| 10:30-10:30 a.mm. | Advisor meeting, in balcony above main gym. | |
| Noon | Announcement of symposium finalists. Lists will be posted in student center and in the gym. | |
| 1:30-4:30 p.m. | ISEF Finalist Symposium in Student Center. Students, advisors, and parents encouraged to attend. This session is open to the public. | |
| 1:00-6:30 p.m. | Exhibits open to the public : College Avenue Gym | |
| 4:30-6 p.m. | Break. Limited food service may be available in the student center. | |
| 6:15-6:30 p.m. | Pre-ceremony audience participation puzzle-solving event, in Student Center Multipurpose Room (3rd floor) | |
| 6:30-8:00 p.m. | Awards Presentation, in Student Center (exhibits closed) | |
| 8:00-8:30 p.m. | Project removal. Note that projects removed immediately may be discarded. We cannot be responsible for material left beyond 9:00 p.m. Projects are not to be removed early. | |
